It takes a team to run a local church. Pastors, lay leaders, SPRC's, trustees, and those serving on finance committees have tremendous responsibility and must work together to provide vital ministries in the communities they serve.
These local church leaders also need training for their particular role on the team.
On January 27th and 28th our District Superintendents and the conference office of Leadership Development will host a virtual training for local church teams. The training will focus on the roles of the Lay Leader, SPRC, Trustee, and Finance Committees.
